We just spent two days at the SHRM Staffing Management Conference in Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. It was a great way to meet the over 500 recruiters and employers in attendance. We told them about how FINS.com is the best way to reach qualified finance and accounting candidates today. And our booth looked great as usual.

We just spent a fantastic 3 days at the ERE conference in San Diego, CA. Hundreds of recruiters, staffing agencies, and vendors were learning about the newest ways to recruit quality talent on the web. Our FINS booth was very busy  as we were telling people about The Wall Street Journal’s career site wholly dedicated to finance and accounting. We have had amazing success connecting clients with finance and accounting professionals with our finance career news, great jobs and company research.

And, just like last year, everyone loved the FINS footballs.

The 2010 PEA Outlook Conference kicked off Tuesday morning in New York City and FINS.com was front and center in the event hall. Investors, fund managers and advisers from firms such as UBS, Bain Capital, Bank of America and The Blackstone Group were all in attendance to hear the forecast for the upcoming year in private equity.  Keynotes and panels over the two days tackled challenges in fundraising, deal making, regulation, liquidity, and financing as well as strategies attendees could utilize to position their firms and produce lucrative deals and returns.

FINS reporters were on the scene and posted this update on hiring in PE in 2010.
